RNLI – David Banger

Description
David is an RNLI Education Presenter associated with Teddington Lifeboat Station. He will tell us first about the history of the RNLI (founded by Sir William Hillary) and the development of lifeboats. This will be followed by the operations of the Teddington LBS and how this inland station helps Water Safety. Cold weather, rowers, new paddle-boarders, power boats, pet dog in the water, night clubs by the river – what could possibly go wrong?
