What’s Happening

The Late Season rally could well be your last opportunity to get afloat, before Christmas.

Instead of going shopping, come sailing. It may be cold, it might be wet, but it should be fun; it always is!

We’re booked into Bembridge Duver Marina, and Brading Haven Yacht Club for dinner for 7:30pm. Both bookings are prepared to accept late cancellations in case of stormy weather, so we’re covered in case it’s all too rough.

If you want to come, but don’t have a boat, you can join the waitlist by adding your details in the form below.

Book, or join the Waitlist using the form below. Please download the menu, by clicking here. Prices are on the menu, payable at the venue. Pre-select your dinner choice, and enter it to the comments against your name on the booking form, as something like “”S3, M1“, or “S2, M3, D1“.

If you change your mind about attending, or menu, you can re-book witha appropriate comments. We’ll use your most recent entry, discarding older entries.

Closing date for booking dining is currently 12th November, so please be prompt!

Remember, Access to Bembridge is roughly HW ± 2 hours (depending on your draught), so around 10:30 – 14:30, otherwise, you’ll be aground!!

Agenda

GXSA Regulars will know the proven format for the weekend:

• Find a friendly Skipper, with a boat
• Pontoon Party starts at 6:00pm. An opportunity to catch up with friends, and make new friends.
• The 20 minute hike to Bradin Haven YC @ 7pm
• Dinner starts at 7:30pm, having been pre-ordered from the menu, below (if you’ve logged in).
• The party continues until everyone’s exhausted
• Sunday morning sees a variety of potential activities – To Be Decided
• Departure for home around midday, Sunday
• It’s likely that some boats/skippers will extend the weekend beforehand, or afterwards, but that’s up to you…
