You expressed an interest in joining this rally in April. If everyone is still up for it, we have 10 boats and 36 attendees……………..
I haven’t got around to organising times yet but Plan A is that we meet at Ocean Village in the afternoon. I have reserved berths with MDL and will firm up on the bookings when we have the final numbers and boat details
I will organise a pontoon party at say 1800 – if the weather is wet or cold, I believe we can accommodate all attendees on three of the boats which have cockpit covers (and heating!)
I have arranged dinner at The Royal Southampton Yacht Club at probably 1900/1930 and have attached an excel sheet with the meal details. I have filled in the names so far as I am aware but you will see that each boat has Crew 1, 2 etc where I don’t have the names of all the crew.
Can you please fill in the names of your crew and also confirm your boat details including length on the two tabs. Can you also insert your mobile phone number if it is not shown. Please arrange to get the menu selection (Use the letters!!) for the three courses noted down against each person.
PAUL – can you fill in what you want against Gnutcracker and also get details from Dianne and her friend who are hopefully joining us for the pontoon party and dinner
Please rename the excel file to be your boat name or surname of the skipper when you send it back to me
I would like to get the details confirmed in the next couple of weeks please – say by MARCH 18 AT THE LATEST
