Forgot Username

You can now login using your Email Address, so you may not need to do this at all !!

This process helps you to recover your username if you've forgotten it, or have mislaid notification.  Ther are several steps involved:

Start the process by clicking the "Forgot Username?" link, beneath the login fields

The system will then show a form where you can provide your email address:

Provide your email address, then click 

If the email address is not known to the system, it wil show the following warning.

In this case, use the "Contact Us" form, so that we can help you figure out what the problem is (perhaps you registered with a differetn email address - we suggest you try several before trying the Contact Us approach).

When you've successfully entered your email address, and clicked ????, the system will send you an email that looks like this:
